Understanding Anger
When Anger Becomes Difficult to Manage
Anger does not always look the same. Some people express it through arguments, raised voices, or impulsive reactions, while others hold their feelings inside until they become overwhelmed.
You may notice that small frustrations lead to strong reactions, that disagreements quickly become arguments, or that you regret things you say when you're upset.
Learning to manage anger is not about eliminating the emotion. It is about understanding what triggers it, recognizing warning signs, and developing healthier ways to express yourself.

Do we provide a certificate of completion?
Yes. At Simple Advice Counseling Centre, we provide a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of our 6-session or 12-session individualized anger management program.
The certificate confirms participation and completion of the program and may be presented to employers, legal representatives, courts, or other organizations when required.
If you are attending for legal or court-related purposes, we recommend confirming the specific requirements with the requesting organization before beginning the program, as acceptance of the certificate is determined by that organization.
